Discover the vibrant character of our Ethiopia Natural Single Origin Coffee, grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama Zone. This medium-light roast offers a beautifully balanced cup with smooth milk chocolate, bright fruit, and sweet caramel tasting notes.

Cultivated at elevations of 1,700–1,900 meters, these indigenous heirloom coffee varieties develop slowly in the region’s nutrient-rich Nitisol soil. The result is a complex, aromatic coffee with natural sweetness and a clean, satisfying finish.

After harvesting, the coffee cherries are carefully sorted by hand and dried whole on raised beds using the traditional full natural process. This allows the coffee beans to absorb the fruit’s natural sugars, creating a richer aroma, fuller sweetness, and distinctive fruit-forward flavor.
