Our medium/dark roasted coffee is crafted for those who love a rich, full-bodied brew with smooth depth and low acidity. Roasted to perfection, it delivers bold flavor with notes of cocoa, toasted nuts, and a hint of spice—fit for royalty.

A medium-dark roast is achieved by heating green coffee beans to about 420°F–430°F (215°C–220°C). The beans first dry and turn yellow, then reach the first crack around 385°F. Roasting continues through the development phase and is stopped just before or as the second crack begins. At this point, oils start to appear on the surface, creating a rich, dark-brown roast—often called Full City or Vienna—with a balanced mix of sweetness, acidity, and deeper, bittersweet notes.
